Since the brake fluid is a hygroscopic fluid and its properties may deteriorate when moisture enters, the manufacturer takes measures to seal the container - sealing the neck with a foil insert.
The process of preparing brake fluid is technologically complex and requires great attention to detail at each stage:
1. Preparation of raw materials: Starting with the main component of brake fluid - glycol, it is processed and cleaned of impurities. It is important to ensure high purity of glycol, which will be used for further stages of production.

4. Testing and Quality Control: The final product is subjected to extensive testing to verify properties such as temperature stability, viscosity coefficient and corrosion activity. Quality control ensures that brake fluid meets established standards and is ready for use in automotive braking systems.
Briefly about the main requirements for high-quality brake fluids.
First of all, these are temperature properties: the brake fluid must remain liquid, that is, under working conditions, it should not boil or freeze. During braking, the fluid in the working cylinders heats up to fairly high temperatures. If the temperature reaches the boiling point, a steam plug may form and the pedal will fail, the efficiency of the brakes will decrease dramatically.
In addition, the brake fluid must have anti-corrosion and lubricating properties.
