What is the difference between the cooling fluid and antifreeze fluid?

There is no difference between them; cooling fluid is the antifreeze fluid which refers to traditional coolants. There are Tosol 30 and Tosol 40, for example. The first fluid is intended to operate at a temperature not below - 30 °С, the second one – not below - 40 °С.
